Korvi festival tiesPosted: January 28, 2013
I’ve pretty much just got a sketch to share today!
Here’s a random korvi wearing festival ties. They’re colourful scarves tied around the wrists, lower legs, tailtip and/or horntips, so that the loose ends dangle. Sort of like humans wearing neckties, but korvi ties are less formal and intended to flutter freely like flags.
As the name implies, festival ties are for special occasions. They can be ornate accessories in a dancer’s costume, or just simple bits of fabric acknowledging that today is a special day. Ferrin probably began wearing tail ties as an adaptation of korvi festival ties.
